Knitted on 3mm and 3.5mm needles. 

Errata: 
HOOD - Join shoulder seams. With rs facing, using 3.5 mm needles, pick up and knit 17[19:21] sts evenly along right side of neck, 36[42:58] sts from back of neck and 17[19:21] sts evenly along left side of neck. 70[80:100] sts.
